  16. This is built into the monitor driver you are using.  What monitor are you trying to use?

  18. No, it isn't different in 3.1 as far as I'm aware.  It would require a new monitor-driver
  19. to replace, as far as I know.  I think I don't have the problem on the CV64, but I have a 1200
